From pregnancy through the first quiet hours after birth, you will have steady, judgment-free support. Your doula care includes two prenatal meetings, pregnancy support from 9 a.m.–9 p.m., 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks, early-labor phone guidance, and continuous in-person support throughout active labor. I use positioning, counter-pressure, hip squeezes, water therapy, acupressure, and partner guidance to help you feel grounded and confident in every setting.
